Well the way I see it, you are not offering anything. You're just giving an option. Just like the people who make a GUN and they sale it. Now it's upto users whether to use it for crimes or for self-defence. The gun itself is not a bad thing, it's just the use of it makes it bad or good. I hope you got the idea.

Why would they complaint? They are uploading on RapidSHARE and they should know that it's a SHARING service. That's pretty understand-able. Don't you think?

bailees of the music uploaded on rapidshare are not the uploaders, the labels got the rights of the music. its THEIR stuff

More and more stuff is being password-protected now, to prevent Rapidshare staff looking in to check if its infringing content.
So, unless you know the password, finding and downloading it is wasted bandwidth anyway.

Yeah eXactly. They can password protect their files if they don't want them to be discovered. But for the rest, the searching option will be GREAT. Please put that feature in CryptLoad 2 because from RapidShare's point of view, using CryptLoad and some of its feature don't considered legal too.
